Happy 4th Anniversary

Happy Anniversary to me, to the blog and to all of you who have hung in there and read for the past four years!!!

When I started, I thought I would write something for a bit and then move on. Luckily for me, codependence and self-discovery is a never-ending topic – not only for me but for many.

I have learned a lot about myself in the past four years. Writing this blog has helped me to dive more deeply into my psyche and challenges. It has allowed me to look at behavior from every angle and see things in new and interesting ways.

The uncovering has been enlightening and empowering and fascinating. Knowing that the universe will always give me another opportunity for growth is no longer as annoying or burdensome as it had been perceived. We are here to explore and each of us can be an archaeological dig if we so choose. Luckily for me, most are not interested in the tedious work of dusting off the layers to find the treasures lurking underneath, so you read this blog.

We are wonderous creatures, we humans. Possessing all the personality traits there are and each of us assembling them differently. It is as if we are the best Lego set ever. An infinite number of pieces that can be morphed into a myriad of creative, attractive and fascinating models. We are works of art. Our own and others.
