Perfection for the New Year

ALLOWING

How many times do you stop yourself from having what you want? What are your reasons? You might appear selfish, silly, odd or different? What keeps you from fully living your life and allowing all things to flow through you?

Now we are not saying that you live outside the precepts of God’s laws but that is a large playing field that most of you do not inhabit fully. You are on the playing field of life and you spend most of your time on the sidelines watching others and then judging them for living their life. Are you alive? Are you being fully who you are?

We want to be very clear that we are not advocating anarchy, or lawlessness or chaos in particular. What we are saying is that we want you to look at where you stop yourself from living. Where do you stop the joy? Where do you stop the laughter? Where do you stop the connection of life with others? You are perfect as you are in this moment reading this. That is a fact and while you may want to argue it, we will not believe the argument

You are perfect right here, right now.

For us you do not need better hair, less or more weight. You do not need to be taller, shorter, blonder or darker. Your complexion is just fine. You don’t need plastic surgery. Stand for a moment in perfection, just a moment because this will be very difficult at first. Stand for one minute without judging yourself and think, “I AM PERFECTION.”  Now how was that?  How many times as you just stood still and thought “I am perfection” did you mind try to point out reasons that this was not true?  Don’t judge the number of times, just be aware of them. Were there many incidents of it or just a few or maybe none? When those “non-perfection” thoughts came to you what did you do with them. Did you stay with them or allow them to float by you and go back to your “I am perfection” mantra? If you allowed the statement in, how did it feel? What happened?  Now we want you to do this four times every day for at least one minute each time. That is only four minutes out of 24 hours; we think you can find the time. Will you allow it?

Give your self permission to live your life in the middle of the playing field of life and at the ends of it as well as the sides and any other position you so choose. Do not stand on the sidelines being envious or jealous or sad or depressed or angry because others are playing and you are not. There is no “coach” keeping you out of the game other than the one inside your head who may be telling you, you are not “good enough” for the team. This is wrong, because remember – RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW YOU ARE PERFECTION!

We leave you perfectly aligned and in love.

Namaste
