Gotta Go In to Find Out

Over sixteen years ago I began writing my book We Are All In This Alone. Perhaps not so much writing it, but receiving in meditation. It was such a new and delightful time in my life. Sitting each day at my computer in meditation and typing what I heard. The book is a gift and a text book on living. Maybe it is better described as a guidebook to your life. The book works by simply opening it to a “chapter” or meditation and seeing what comes up. It has helped me see things more clearly, understand life and given me direction in times of drifting and chaos.

One of the things I find even more fascinating is that the meditations are very much in alignment with the DeMartini Method that I use with clients and as my own personal internal guidance. It proves over and over that synchronicity exists and that most of us do not get the lesson the first time around. That gives me hope for my future and knowing that tomorrow is another day.

The following meditation hit home for me as it is how I have been living my life for quite a while, but more to the point how this blog and the other work I have done on myself has moved me into a better state of being. Enjoy.

HEALING

What does this mean actually? There are many ways to heal. The most common usage is that you take an illness or “dis-ease” and you take proactive steps toward ridding yourself of this ailment. It could be as simple as having a paper cut on your finger and having that slit of skin bind itself up. Healing denotes peace and perfection returning to the body and to your life.

Does healing need to occur for you to have the life you want and need? For many of you emotional healing is the more prevalent need. There are many psychic scars out there. Hurts, molestations, intrusions and beliefs that keep you stuck in the story of them. These psychic wounds are more difficult to heal for most because they are not visible. You cannot simply cover them with an ointment and a bandage and wait for the medicine to take effect. For many they are so hidden from you that you don’t even know you have the wound or schism within your soul. For more of you the thought of having to “work on it” frightens you. The psychic wounds are familiar and therefore seem comforting in their discomfort. What does it take to want to rid yourself of these wounds?

Courage is one thing that it takes. We will acknowledge that it takes real courage to decide that you will begin to address these beliefs that you hold so dearly. Most of the beliefs allow you stay in a form of victim. Someone, something has done this to you. You were minding your own business and “they” did this to you. Who are they? In some cases you can easily identify the people or person to “blame,” but in others you cannot. It is a feeling you have which has become a belief. This is much harder to exorcise because it has lived in your psyche for a long time and been firmly entrenched.

How willing are you to seek psychic healing?

How willing are you to go within and pull out the demons that keep you stuck, that keep you small?

It will, I guarantee you, take you to places you have never gone and you will see things you have never imagined. The journey seems difficult, but from our perspective the staying stuck is more painful. There is nothing in there that cannot be exorcised and changed into something positive and fulfilling. The journey through it can appear to be loaded with land mines and dangers, but we assure you that this is an illusion that is set up to keep you stuck and small.

The journey to enlightenment and freedom and joy is a safe journey but one filled with twists and turns and excitement. It is not a “safe” journey in that it will challenge you to leap chasms of belief and thought that you don’t right now think possible but it is possible and we are always here to help and to guide you.

Contemplate these ideas and thoughts. See where they bring you.

Until then we leave in love.
